Dr. Katie Peeples was born and raised right here in Lakeland, FL. When she opened Achieve Chiropractic Care in 2022, she wanted to offer care that empowers you to take charge of your family's health.
She specializes in care for infants and pregnant women but treats the whole family. Kids are always welcome. She's got a soft lounge area and plenty of screen-free distractions for the little ones. And don't worry, just about everything is washable!
Dr. Katie spends time getting to know you and your health goals, making sure you understand what's going on with your body (or your baby). That's why our initial appointment is 45-60 minutes long. Each follow-up appointment includes a mix of soft tissue work, adjustments, and rehabilitative exercises.
Dr. Katie is certified in Webster Technique for pregnancy, designed to help breech babies turn and prepare the pelvis for birth. She offers manual and Activator adjustments, often mixing techniques to meet your body where it is at. She has also been trained in infant Craniosacral Therapy (CST). Currently, she is working on becoming a Certified BirthFit Coach.
She has teamed up with the IBCLCs at GROW Lakeland to offer co-treating sessions for infants who are struggling with breast or bottle feeding. She has also started collaborating with Dr. Erin at Pediatric Dentistry of Lakeland to provide CST-guided oral tie releases for tongue, lip, and cheek ties.

Stephanie is a board-certified lactation consultant (IBCLC), which is the gold standard for lactation and infant feeding support. She is currently practicing in and around Lakeland, FL through her private practice GROW Lakeland, LLC.
She first started working with families in 2017 as a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist and postpartum doula, and quickly realized that supporting families was her professional calling. The road to IBCLC is long and challenging, but she passed the board exam in 2022 and launched GROW in 2023.
Shortly after passing her board exam, she jumped straight into advanced training programs for oral function & ties, bottle refusal, and infant reflexes to better support local families dealing with the most difficult feeding challenges. In addition to staying up-to-date in her training, she also partners closely with other support providers to ensure that the family unit is fully supported through any necessary referral processes.

Hi, I’m Laura — a registered nurse and lactation consultant who loves helping families feel confident and supported through every stage of their feeding journey.
I became a lactation consultant after my own breastfeeding experience showed me how powerful the right support can be.
When I’m not helping new parents, you’ll probably find me in my garden or chasing after my kids. I bring a calm energy to chaotic moments and believe every parent deserves gentle,
judgment-free support — and a good cup of coffee while they learn.

Kristen is a Lakeland native who grew up taking an interest in the human body and all its intricacies. Her studies at the University of Florida (Go Gators!) included a Bachelor of Science in applied Physiology and Kinesiology and a minor in Dance, along with a Master of Science in Human Performance with a concentration in Biomechanics. This blossomed into a career in physical therapy leading her to FIU in Miami, FL where she completed a Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
Kristen quickly focused her physical therapy career in Pelvic Health, treating both males and females in all stages of life. This passion led her to become certified as a Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner in 2022. She now co-owns Wonderfully Made Physical Therapy in Lakeland and teaches as an adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern’s DPT program.
Kristen has found strength in the amazing community of providers in the Lakeland area who share her main goal - to treat patients as individuals to the best of her abilities, caring for the heart as much as the physical body.

Dr. T is a firm believer in the phrase "it takes a village to raise a child" let me be one of those who helps support your toddler, child, adolescent, and family.

I help women and teens navigate the turbulent moments of life – the transitions, challenges, and doubts that come with figuring out who you are.
Whether you’re working through trauma, learning to speak up for yourself, or finding your footing in a new chapter, I’m here to help you explore what being yourself means.
From personal experience, I know what it is like to question your choices, doubt your strengths, or wonder if you’re doing enough. Life throws so much at us; losing sight of yourself is easy. For this reason, I’m passionate about creating a space where you don’t have to perform or have all the answers.
I aim to help you feel safe sharing what’s happening and discovering your strengths. Through years of supporting clients, I’ve seen how transformative it can be when given a space that allows them to say what is on their minds while knowing there is no judgment here.
I’ve helped women move through grief and trauma, let go of perfectionism, and learn to ask for what they need. This kind of work isn’t always easy, but it’s worth it because it leads to more profound confidence, clarity, and connection with yourself.
But what matters most to me is meeting you where you are. Whether you feel like you’re barely holding it together or just starting to question the life you’ve built, we’ll work together to create a path forward.
Outside of therapy, I drink too much coffee, lift weights, and create art. During my downtime, I watch anime, play video games, read books, and spend as much time as possible with my daughter and husband.
Life doesn’t come with a map, but you can find your way through even the most challenging terrain with the proper support. You don’t have to have it all figured out; you need a safe place to start.
Let’s take the first step together.
