Dr. Katie Peeples was born and raised right here in Lakeland, FL. When she opened Achieve Chiropractic Care in 2022, she wanted to offer care that empowers you to take charge of your health.
Her office is designed with families in mind. Kids are always welcome! She's got a pack-and-play, soft lounge area, and plenty of screen-free distractions for the little ones. And don't worry, just about everything is washable!
Dr. Katie spends time getting to know you and your health goals, that's why our initial appointment is 45-60 minutes long. Each follow-up appointment includes a mix of soft tissue work, adjustments, and rehabilitative exercises.
Dr. Katie offers home visits in the first two weeks postpartum for patients who establish care during their pregnancy.
She has also teamed up with the IBCLC at GROW Lakeland to offer co-treating sessions for infants who are struggling with breast or bottle feeding. Online booking and texting available.
Dr. Katie is certified in Webster Technique for pregnancy. She has also been trained in infant Craniosacral Therapy (CST). Currently, she is working on becoming a Certified BirthFit Coach.
Stephanie is a board-certified lactation consultant (IBCLC), which is the gold standard for lactation and infant feeding support. She is currently practicing in and around Lakeland, FL through her private practice GROW Lakeland, LLC.
She first started working with families in 2017 as a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist and postpartum doula, and quickly realized that supporting families was her professional calling. The road to IBCLC is long and challenging, but she passed the board exam in 2022 and launched GROW in 2023.
Shortly after passing her board exam, she jumped straight into advanced training programs for oral function & ties, bottle refusal, and infant reflexes to better support local families dealing with the most difficult feeding challenges. In addition to staying up-to-date in her training, she also partners closely with other support providers to ensure that the family unit is fully supported through any necessary referral processes.

Kristen is a Lakeland native who grew up taking an interest in the human body and all its intricacies. Her studies at the University of Florida (Go Gators!) included a Bachelor of Science in applied Physiology and Kinesiology and a minor in Dance, along with a Master of Science in Human Performance with a concentration in Biomechanics. This blossomed into a career in physical therapy leading her to FIU in Miami, FL where she completed a Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
Kristen quickly focused her physical therapy career in Pelvic Health, treating both males and females in all stages of life. This passion led her to become certified as a Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner in 2022. She now practices in Lakeland with Freya Wellness Co. and teaches as an adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern’s DPT program.
Kristen has found strength in the amazing community of providers in the Lakeland area who share her main goal - to treat patients as individuals to the best of her abilities, caring for the heart as much as the physical body.
