Our Mission
Strengthening Women and Nurturing Newborns
We are a collaborative team of perinatal healthcare professionals—including Pelvic Floor Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, Lactation Consultants, Mental Health Professionals, Tethered Oral Tissue release providers, Midwives and Doulas—dedicated to supporting and empowering families during their journey into parenthood.
By fostering a sense of community and connection, we ensure families feel seen, heard, and validated. Through holistic, patient-centered care and education, we help families navigate and prioritize their unique perinatal needs, build confidence, and achieve whole-family well-being. Our collective efforts honor the individuality of each patient, creating a village of care that uplifts every family we serve.

Our Founders
SWANN started as a weekly coffee date between a Chiropractor, IBCLC, and two Pelvic Floor Physical Therapists who understand the power of collaborative care.
By bringing together professionals from multiple disciplines, we're able create shared care plans that honor each patient’s unique goals, ensuring comprehensive, personalized support.
In January of 2025 we hosted our first provider retreat and opened our weekly coffee dates to any provider who shares our mission. We received such a tremendous response from the community that we were able to open our physical location in December of 2025.
